Refund Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
Coaching in the Extraordinary Relationships framework is a participative curriculum. The work only produces change when the participant engages with all of it in full earnest. Our refund policy reflects that reality.
Eligibility for a refund request
A refund request may be made in writing, by email only, after the participant has:
- attended all scheduled sessions,
- watched all prescribed videos,
- completed all coach calls, and
- done all exercises in full earnest for a continuous period of six weeks,
and, having done all of the above, still does not experience any value from the curriculum at the end of those six weeks.
When a refund is not available
If a participant misses any session, or does not do the exercises as they are meant to be done, no refund is applicable. Missed or incomplete work is treated as non-participation, not as engagement.
How to raise a request
Refund requests must be sent by email to the address below. Please include your full name, the start date of your curriculum, and a brief note describing your experience of the six weeks of work.
We reserve the right to review each request on its merits. Any refund granted will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time.
