- Website analytics — anonymised information about your visit such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location (country / city), device type, and browser. This is aggregate and does not identify you personally.
- Admin account data — for authorised editors of the Site, we store an email address and an encrypted password used solely to sign in and manage published content.

- To respond to enquiries and schedule a private conversation.
- To deliver coaching services you have requested and communicate with you about them.

Contact enquiries and admin accounts are stored on a managed cloud database with row-level access controls and encryption in transit. Access is limited to Dr. Kishore Chainani, Ritika Chainani, and authorised editors of the Site. We retain enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to service the coaching engagement.
4. Cookies
The Site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to function (for example, keeping an admin editor signed in). Analytics, where enabled, is configured to be anonymous and does not set advertising cookies.
5. Third parties
We use reputable service providers to host the Site, store data, and deliver email. These providers process information strictly on our instructions. We do not share your personal information with anyone else except where required by law.
