Dr. Kishore Chainani

Dr. Kishore brings the diagnostic rigour of a systems thinker and the structural thinking of a designer to relationship work. His focus is on the beliefs and meanings beneath behaviour — the layer most couples never reach on their own and the layer where lasting change actually happens. He is the author of Be the Outlier.

Point of view

Where we stand.

Every marriage in trouble already contains two people who are trying, in their own way, to be understood. The recurring conflict is almost never the real conflict. Underneath is a meaning, a value, or a belief that has never been named — and the argument is the closest either partner has come to naming it.

Our work is not to teach couples to argue better. It is to help each person see the pattern they are contributing, take responsibility without self-blame, and design a way of being together that does not require anyone to become a copy of the other.

We do not promise that every marriage will be saved. We do promise that anyone who does this work honestly will finish with clarity about what is possible, what is worth carrying, and what they are actually asking for.
